FuturesAlert.com would like to help ensure that you have an outstanding purchasing experience with us. Please familiarize yourself with our refund policy described below. Consider trying our two week free trial service before buying in order to experience it first hand and ensure that it meets your needs and expectations.
If your initial FuturesAlert.com subscription
or refund request was received by us within 10 days of your original purchase
date, you used or attempted to use the website for its intended purpose and we
have been unable to resolve your request within 10 business days of receipt of
your request, then we may (in our sole discretion), issue you a refund for the
full subscription price if you experienced one or more of the following issues:
Subscription to FuturesAlert.com is a recurring fee on a month-to-month billing cycle charged automatically to a subscriber’s credit card submitted to PayPal. Once your credit card has been charged for the billing period at the initial sign-up, cancellation of the service must be made prior to the next billing period. Subscribers can cancel through PayPal, phone Tradecom/FuturesAlert.com directly, or they can send an email notice to cancel their service. However, an e-mail notification of cancellation is only valid if the subscriber gets a confirmation of the cancellation of service from Tradecom/FuturesAlert.com.
